Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration

Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration activities facilitate the orderly and humane return and reintegration of migrants who are unable or unwilling to remain in host countries and wish to return voluntarily to their countries of origin.

Repatriation Assistance for Migrants

• Repatriated 3,205 stranded Liberian nationals from Sahel Region to Liberia.
• Trained 218 repatriated Liberians in basic life skills and entrepreneurship.
• Provided psychosocial support training and awareness raising for stranded Liberians on arrival.
